Gutzen joined Cubera in December 2006.

Prior to Cubera, Gutzen spent five years as fund manager with the large private equity investor, the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP6). Before AP6, he was CEO at Maxitech Elektronik AB and Venture Manager at the Swedish venture firm AB Traction and co-founder of Leipzig Rail Service GmbH, Germany´s largest independent railcar maintenance firm.

Gutzen has more than 10 year experience within the private equity industry in Northern Europe.
