Skaar joined Cubera in March 2012.

Prior to Cubera, Skaar worked with Det Norske Veritas (DNV) delivering investment decision support and due diligence to the energy industry.

Skaar holds a MSc in Computer Science from Norwegian University of Science & Technology (NTNU) and a Chartered European Financial Analyst (CEFA/AFA) designation from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH)/NFF.
