Cubera Private Equity currently advises three funds: Cubera Secondary KS, Aumar AB and HQ Private Equity I.

Cubera Secondary KS is a Nordic secondary fund set up to capture the attractive investment opportunities within the Nordic private equity market. The fund acquires entire or part of private equity funds, portfolios of private equity fund investments or single shares in private equity funds. Cubera Secondary KS was established in 2006 and held final closing in April 2007. The investor base includes leading Nordic institutions and family offices.

Aumar AB is a Swedish private equity fund established in 1998. The fund is owned 70 % by Sjätte AP-fonden and 30 % by Cubera Secondary KS, and managed by Cubera Private Equity.

HQ Private Equity I is an international private equity fund-of-funds focused on the buyout segment. The fund is operated in cooperation with HQ Bank in Sweden.
